Yes. Our team is fully bilingual EN/FR. You can communicate in either language for emails, contracts, invoices, and operations.
What if I have an urgent issue after hours?+
Email prep@prepkingz.ca and put URGENT in the subject line — Amazon account suspensions, late shipments, customs holds. We triage urgent issues even on weekends.
Do you work with sellers outside Quebec?+
Yes. Most clients are in Ontario, Quebec, BC, and Alberta — plus US sellers using us as a cross-border hub. Distance doesn't matter; getting inventory to Montreal does.
Can my overseas supplier ship directly to you?+
Yes. Parcel, pallet, or container — all formats accepted. We provide receiving instructions and ASN requirements for overseas senders.
