Absolutely — and many of our clients do. We host tours by appointment Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM. Yes. The HVAC system maintains stable temperature and humidity year-round. This protects sensitive inventory like electronics, supplements, and cosmetics from temperature damage that can occur in unconditioned warehouses, especially during Montreal winters.

Yes — we have dedicated hazmat-cleared storage zones for lithium batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids, and other restricted products. We comply with UN labeling requirements, maintain MSDS sheets, and use carrier hazmat-cleared lanes (UPS Hazardous Goods, FedEx Dangerous Goods) for outbound shipping. Quoted per shipment due to compliance complexity.

Daily pickups from Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, GLS Canada, and UniUni. LTL carriers (Day & Ross, TForce) for pallet shipments. FTL brokers for full truckload cross-border shipments. We rate-shop carriers per outbound shipment to balance speed and cost based on destination and required delivery date.

Yes — drop-offs accepted Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM during business hours. Inventory drops, return receipts, and supply deliveries all welcome without appointment. For coordinated drop-offs (large volumes or specific timing), email prep@prepkingz.ca in advance so we can have the right team ready to receive.

Standard inventory is received, counted, and inspected within 24 hours of arrival. Expedited receiving (same-day) is available on request for time-sensitive shipments. Photo documentation of every received carton uploaded to your platform dashboard within 24 hours. Discrepancy alerts (shortages, damage) flagged immediately so you can resolve with suppliers fast.

Suite 629 at 111 Chabanel Ouest. The building has elevator access and loading docks for truck/pallet deliveries. Drivers can use the main loading dock at street level. Visitor entrance is at the front of the building with clear PrepKingz signage on Suite 629.

Most of our clients are outside Montreal — Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, US-based brands, and overseas sellers all use our warehouse. Distance doesn't matter for fulfillment — what matters is getting your inventory to our Montreal warehouse and having reliable Canadian + cross-border shipping infrastructure. We have 60% of our client base outside Quebec.

Yes — and we encourage it for branded fulfillment. Ship your branded boxes, polymailers, inserts, thank-you cards, or any custom packaging to our address with your name + "for client supplies" on the label. We store them in your dedicated supplies area and use them for your orders at no upcharge (branded boxes when provided = FREE per our add-on pricing).
