Founder story
Hey — I'm Bader. I started PrepKingz because I lived every problem we now solve.
Bader started selling on Amazon FBA in early 2023 — wholesale and online arbitrage as a Canadian seller. Sourcing was working. Deals were closing. Volume was growing. The one part that kept breaking was prep.
At first he did it himself: 15–20 hours a week labeling, polybagging, bundling, and meeting Amazon's requirements. Mistakes — wrong FNSKU labels, wrong polybag thickness, missing stickers — meant FC holds and lost revenue.
A US prep center helped on price but hurt on experience: cross-border shipping, customs delays, FX swings, and a team that treated FBA prep like generic warehousing. A Canadian 3PL was next — same story, different accent. Opaque pricing, slow replies, and no real Amazon fluency.
The gap in Canada wasn't a lack of warehouses. It was a lack of operators who think like sellers — transparent pricing, fast communication, and account health treated as shared responsibility.
PrepKingz launched in 2024 to build exactly that: Canadian-based, Amazon-native, bilingual, and run by people who lived the pain first. We're not trying to be the biggest 3PL in Canada. We're trying to be the best one for serious sellers who want to scale without operational drag.
“If you're a Canadian Amazon seller tired of choosing between a US prep center that doesn't care or a Canadian 3PL that doesn't understand FBA — that's why we built PrepKingz.”

Our mission is simple: be the 3PL we wished existed when we were Amazon sellers ourselves.
Pricing, communication, operations — no surprises
We publish rates on our website, invoice with line-by-line detail, and flag issues before you ask. Transparency isn't a tagline — it's how every client relationship starts.
We solve problems we've actually experienced
Every workflow and pricing tier was designed by people who ran their own FBA business first. We know what FNSKU errors cost, why account health matters, and what a missed shipment window feels like.
EN/FR fluency throughout the operation
We're a Quebec-based business serving Canadian sellers in both official languages. Contracts, invoices, support, and operations — English or French, every day.
Tier-based pricing, no contracts, no growth penalties
Your tier adjusts monthly on actual volume. Cross 1,500 units and your rate drops automatically. We earn retention by being good at the job — not by locking you in.
Bader builds his Amazon FBA business from scratch — discovering the pain of US prep centers and generic Canadian 3PLs firsthand.

These aren't slogans on a wall — they're how we treat every shipment and every client conversation.
A 3PL that doesn't understand Amazon is a 3PL that will get your account suspended. Generic warehousing kills sellers — Amazon-native operations protect them.
Transparency in pricing isn't a competitive advantage. It's table stakes. Most 3PLs hide their rates because that's how they treat clients.
Same-day shipping for orders received before 2 PM ET isn't a premium feature — it's the baseline. If your 3PL can't do this, they're not built for serious e-commerce.
Bilingual operations in Canada isn't an afterthought — it's how Canadian commerce actually works. A 3PL that can't serve French-speaking sellers is missing half the market.
A 3PL's job is to make your life easier. If our platform, communication, or workflows create work for you, we're doing it wrong.
